One-Pot Pasta With Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
Two tablespoons of olive oil, one medium-size onion, three garlic cloves, two tablespoons of tomato paste, tomato sauce, salt& pepper as per taste, one cup of warm water, 500g of pasta, Parmesan cheese

Recipe
Take a pan and add two tablespoons of olive oil. When the oil is hot, add chopped onions and sauté till the onion turns light brown. Add finely cut pieces of garlic and sauté for a few minutes. Add two tablespoons of tomato paste and cook for 3-4 minutes. Next, add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, warm water, and give it a nice stir. 
Add pasta, stir and bring it to a boil. Cover the pan and let it cook in medium-low heat while stirring occasionally. Once it is ready to eat, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on the top and it’s done!

Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
One chopped onion, two and a half tablespoons of home-made pesto, two tablespoons of olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper as per taste, one packet of pasta

Recipe
Take a saucepan and fill half of it with water. Add salt to the water and bring it to a boil. Add the type of pasta that you like and let it cook till al-dente. Keep aside one cup of boiled pasta water and drain the rest of the water. Transfer the pasta to a mixing bowl. 
Add pesto sauce into the bowl, and give it a nice toss, so that it mixes nicely with the cooked pasta. To make it saucier, add ¼ cup of the previously reserved boiled pasta water. Done!

Cacio E Peppe (Cheese and Pepper)

Ingredients
One tablespoon of black pepper, salt as per taste, one and a half cups of grated Parmesan cheese, 300g spaghetti

Recipe
Take a large pot, fill it half with water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, on a dry pan, toast the peppers for about 2-3 minutes and then crush them finely in a mortar and pestle. Put the pasta into the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Strain the boiled water but keep aside one cup for later use.
Put the crushed peppers into the dry pan and pour half a cup of boiled pasta water and give it a nice stir. Now, it’s time to make cheese paste. Take a bowl, add grated Parmesan cheese and make a smooth paste by mixing it well with boiled pasta water. 
Add the cooked pasta to the pan, then pour about a half cup of water and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the pasta to a bowl, add the cheese paste, and toss it until all the cheese is melted. Your yummy and creamy Cacio e Peppe is ready!

Spaghetti Aglio E Olio

Ingredients
300 g spaghetti, four garlic cloves, chopped fresh parsley, 5 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt as per taste, crushed black pepper 

Recipe
Put the spaghetti in the boiling salted water. Before straining, set aside a cup of boiled pasta water. Take a pan and put 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Don’t heat the oil. Just add garlic cloves cut in slices and stir frequently on medium-low heat. Keep stirring until the garlic turns golden on the edges. Next, put in the cooked pasta and add salt, crushed black pepper, and give the mixture a nice stir. Lastly, garnish it with chopped parsley.
